Information you give us

Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Free sample requests: name, email, address, optional phone, how you heard about us and, if you choose to answer, when your eyes bother you most.
Forms and emails: information you send through our contact, waitlist, newsletter, eye care professional or retailer forms (for example practice or company name and NPI number for professionals).
Your marketing choices: whether you agreed to receive marketing emails and/or text messages, and when.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, kept in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
Your cart is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.
We do not use advertising cookies on this site at this time. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

How we use your information

To process and ship your orders and subscriptions, send receipts and shipping updates, and provide customer support.
To ship free samples and prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests (we keep an anonymized code of your IP address for this purpose).
To answer questions from customers, eye care professionals and retailers.
To send marketing emails or text messages only if you agreed. You can opt out at any time.
To keep our website secure, fix problems, and comply with the law.

Health-related details you share (for example, symptoms you mention in a form) are used only to understand your needs and improve our products. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
Shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS, and our shipping-label service
Our web host (Bluehost) and network provider (Cloudflare), which store and deliver our website and form data
Email and text-message providers we may use to send messages you agreed to receive

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Email and text messages

Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us at [email protected]. We will still send messages about your orders.
Text / WhatsApp: you will receive marketing texts only if you checked the text-message box. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of purchase. See our Mobile Terms.

How long we keep information

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years). Free sample and marketing records are kept while useful for follow-up and deleted on request, or when no longer needed.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep form data in a private area of our server that is not reachable from the web, and limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing [email protected]. Residents of certain U.S. states (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) may have additional rights under their state's privacy laws; we will honor requests as required by applicable law. We will verify your identity before responding.

Children

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
