The terms that apply when you use www.eyelivio.com and buy EYELIVIO products.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.eyelivio.com and to purchases from EyeTECH ONE LLC ("EYELIVIO," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.

Products and information

  • Product photos and descriptions are for information. Always read the label, directions and warnings that come with the product before use.
  • The EYELIVIO Nighttime Lubricant Eye Ointment is an over-the-counter (OTC) product: use only as directed on the Drug Facts label.
  • EYELIVIO self-warming masks and LidWipes™ are personal care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. Talk to your eye doctor about your symptoms. See our Legal Notice.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order (for example, for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues). If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.
  • Products marked "Coming soon" or "Join the waitlist" cannot be ordered yet. Joining a waitlist is free and does not reserve or charge anything.
  • Promotional codes have their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Sales tax is added where required.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

When you choose Subscribe & Save:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every 1, 2 or 3 months (the frequency you chose) for the subscribed products, at the subscription price then in effect, until you cancel.
  • You save 15% on subscribed products. Shipping is a flat $4.99 on each delivery (see Shipping & Returns), free when that delivery is $75 or more.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time online with Manage my subscription (you sign in with your email) or by emailing [email protected]. To skip or change a delivery, email us. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
  • We will notify you before any price change to your subscription. You may cancel if you do not agree.

Shipping, risk of loss and returns

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates, delivery times and our return rules are described in Shipping & Returns.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or sending automated requests). All content on this site, including the EYELIVIO® name and logo, text, photos and designs, belongs to EyeTECH ONE LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EyeTECH ONE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page applies from its "Last updated" date.
