Do I pay anything now?

No. The waitlist is free and there's no payment until the kit is in stock and you choose to order.

How often do I use each step?

Use one LidWipe every day, morning or night. Add a self-warming mask 2–3 times a week for 10–15 minutes.

Do I need a microwave?

No. The masks warm on their own about 30 seconds after you open the pouch.

Can I use LidWipes with contact lenses?

Remove your contact lenses first, use the wipe with your eyes closed, then put your lenses back in.

Can I buy LidWipes on their own?

Yes. LidWipes™ 30 will also be sold separately. You can join that waitlist too.
