The EYELIVIO mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by EyeTECH ONE LLC ("we," "us"). By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
What you agree to
By checking the text-message consent box on our website, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) and/or WhatsApp messages from EYELIVIO at the mobile number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. Messages may include offers, product news and reminders.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a free sample.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Other terms
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- If you change your mobile number, please opt in again with the new number and opt out of the old one.
- We may change or end the Service or these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page.
- We will not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
