Directions

  • pull down the lower lid of the affected eye(s).
  • apply a small amount (1/4 inch) of ointment to the inside of the eyelid.

  • do not use if carton tamper seals are broken.
  • store between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).
  • keep tightly closed.

How long does one Care Pack last?

The 7 self-warming masks are single use, so they cover 7 sessions. The 5 g ointment tube is used a small amount (about ¼ inch) at a time. Many people subscribe so a new pack arrives automatically.

Do I need a microwave or power outlet?

No. The mask starts warming on its own about 30 seconds after you open the pouch. Nothing to heat and nothing to plug in.

When should I use it?

At bedtime. Open the mask pouch, apply the ointment inside the lower eyelid, then place the warm mask over your closed eyes for 10–15 minutes before sleep.
