How to use your Cleanse & Warm Kit
Cleanse first, then warm. Please read the directions and warnings on each pouch before use.
1Open a LidWipes pouch
Tear open one pouch, unfold the wipe and wrap it around your fingertip.

2Wipe your eyelids
With your eye closed, wipe the lid side to side. Repeat on the other eye.

3Open a mask pouch
Open one mask pouch so the mask starts to warm (about 30 seconds).
Use right away
4Put on the mask
Unfold it and separate the ear straps. Close your eyes and place the straps around your ears, with the soft white side on your closed eyelids.

5Relax
Relax for about 10–15 minutes, then remove the mask and throw it away.

Tip: on days without a mask, use steps 1 and 2 only. Do not rinse after the wipe; let your eyelids air dry before you put on the mask.
Use it right away
The mask starts to warm as soon as the pouch is opened. Open it only when you're ready.
Too warm?
Remove the mask and wait a minute or two before putting it back on.
One mask, one use
Do not reheat, microwave or reuse. Throw it away after use.

Mask warnings
- Remove the mask right away if it feels too hot, or if you notice redness, itching or discomfort.
- Not for children. Not for anyone who can't remove the mask on their own.
- Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation or reduced sensitivity to heat, or if you've recently had eye surgery.
- Do not use on broken, swollen or irritated skin, or if you have an eye infection.
- Do not sleep while wearing the mask. Do not use it with other heat sources.
- Do not microwave, reheat or reuse.
- Do not open or cut the warming pad. If the contents get in your eyes, rinse with plenty of water and get medical help if irritation continues.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Storage and disposal
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep each pouch sealed until you're ready to use it.
- Throw the mask and the wipe away after one use. Do not flush the wipe.
